During the night stint from Saturday to Sunday it went completely wrong for Max Verstappen and Lando Norris' team in the virtual 24 Hours of Le Mans. Due to a software bug, Team Redline's car drove into the gravel, causing the car to drop out of the race. This took a potential victory out of their hands.
Images that circulate on Twitter show that during the race the team suffered from problems with the software that is being used for racing, rFactor 2. Verstappen's car suddenly disappears from the picture, after which he returns to a separate place and landing in the gravel pit.

After dropping out, Verstappen was furious with the racing software, which usually seems to have many problems during important virtual races. "rFactor can f*ck off, what a joke", said Verstappen in Lando Norris' live stream. The Dutch also shared a reaction on Twitter. (Photo: Red Bull Content Pool / Getty Images)
